I purchased a Dayton 3 phase generator, voltage 120/208/240V with respective amp 166/96/83. Most any research on it appears to point to government building backup power and I am hoping also Military model. It seems to have a 1.6 Fiat engine. I found one reference saying it was a Generac 53371 model. Is this a military matched model to a civilian model? Is the 120/240 wiring/voltage the same/acceptable for typical residential service? Can it be converted to regular gas burner? Is GMG a source of parts for it? Does anyone know of any source of repair/operator/parts support manuals?
Sorry, do not know about this. I have not heard of a fiat engine in any military units.
