Good morning, my generator will run for about 15-20 minutes. Then, it shut down, would not restart and is throwing a low oil pressure fault. I tried straight wiring the sending unit and it changed the fault code but still would not start. Should I replace the sending unit? And any idea where I could purchase one?

Have you downloaded the TMs? Find the part number for the sender and you can likely find a replacement if needed. You can also follow the troubleshooting instructions in the TMs on how to correct the problem. Have you considered that you might actually have low oil pressure, and the sender is simply doing its job?

      I’ve got the same problem.

Anyone know where I might be able to find a replacement oil pressure switch?
