These manuals are for servicing your Ambac M-50 Fuel Injection Pumps for your MEP002A or MEP003A units. Not that we recommend that the average person attempt to service or rebuild your injection pump, but we want to provide all of the manuals we can find for you. GMG will begin to offer a rebuild program in 2013. We will rebuild, service and test Ambac M-50 pumps and ensure that the timing button is suitable for your specific application/unit. Stay tuned!

At this time we only sell pumps on exchange. The cost without exchange is $699. With exchange $599. [Note, that these prices are subject to change at anytime.] If you would like to go the rebuild route, I would try going directly to one of the following vendors:

Just out of curiousity, have you got any more information regarding your IP rebuild program? I just purchased a MEP-002A that needs the IP rebuilt. I tried starting it before I had heard that a stuck plunger could cause the plunger guide to break. Could you contact me with details including your charges please?

In 2013 we will be developing a rebuild program where we will rebuild Diesel Fuel Injection Pumps for MEP002A and MEP003A units. This will require the customer sending in their old pump and all available parts. We will not guarantee that your pump will be rebuildable, but we will do our best to rebuild it. Your comments are welcome on this new service.
