  Ho all I just bought a mep-701a. I am having trouble with getting a voltage at receptacle. L0 is ground, the inside control panel switch is set to 240 1phase. I plan on hooking into house for 120/240 with the 120 convenience outlets for outside use. Any ideas other than fuses?
