Four wire extension drop box to MEP-016D

What is the proper connection for a four wire multi-outlet drop box to a MEP-016D to extend single phase 120v. I think three wires to L1(black), L2(white), and frame ground(green) is correct, but I haven’t seen a proper four wire connection.

There are different ways to connect depending on application. Not sure what you mean by 4-wire drop box. If 100% 120v, you would only need 2 wires with a ground at the unit.
