we have a ofnw8 MEP-806B that won’t excit. When we attempt to raise the voltage nothing happens.when we try to close the circuit interrupted we get a fault of voltage too low. this unit has been in storage for at least 1 year. Any help on troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.
