I have a MEP-009B it wont start with the start/run switch but if i jumper the starter along with using the original switch it will start but it wont run correctly it will idle really low and then it might rev up all the way i feel that it might be all related to the not starting i only have a manual for a MEP-009A but not sure it it is correct any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
