      my mep803a starts and after 3-5 minutes slowly stalls out and i have to crank it for awhile before it starts again and then stalls again? changed fuel filters and electric fuel pump, checked voltage at fuel pump when it dies and had 25 volts? doe the fuel tank need to be vented?
