MEP 804b for single phase residential use only?

Hello,

I am looking at buying a MEP804B for single phase. Is this a good use of a machine meant for 3 phase power? I would like to be fuel efficient as possible. I also like the Yanmar direct injection diesel on this Model. I am looking to power my radiant floor system of 9kw, fridge, well pump, pressure tank, another domestic hot water heater, and occasional use washer dryer, and lights. So I don’t think that a 10k unit would be enough. All during winter power outages that last weeks where we live rural in Oregon.

I have read that these units can do 20kw single phase. Would the machine be wasting fuel/ energy to do this?
