MEP-806B Remote Start

Installed the remote start kit version 1 on a mep-806b generator. The card starts and stops the generator but will not engage the AC load output. We’ve installed the version 3 kits on 3 other generators with no problems. Please let me know what to check.

Please contact GMG customer support via our contact form on our website. We will facilitate reprogramming your board. Our manufacturer has relayed the following to us:
“This would be a Version 3 Special. About 1 – 2% off all 805B/806B Generators have this odd configuration. This means the Screen will be turned off and on after each start to reboot system and it has the Excitation of Version 3. We can reprogram the board.Turn around is usually 48 hours once we receive the board.” GMG will pay for roundtrip shipping, but we need to confirm your order and ship from/to address. Thanks.

hello good morning, am trying to install a mep-806b generator for a client, he bought used and am wondering if this generator has tabs to install an automatic transfer switch?
