MEP -831 A turns off with camper AC load

i have had this gen for 4 years, its been grate it just started to turn off when the ac in the camper is turned on, but will run all day with light load it turns on the overload light and shuts off please help love this thing

you could check amperage at AC unit. Try putting on a soft start kit to AC unit. Im not familiar with that model gen, however, if it used to hold that load, and now it is not, it might be time for a new injector pump. Diesel?

How large is the AC? It seems you don’t believe you are overloading it, but you might be.
