I’ve searched the interwebs and have discovered conflicting information regarding the operating range (Ohms) for the sending unit. The ranges I have found are 0-30 Ohms, 0-90 Ohms and 240-30 Ohms. I’m leaning towards the 240-30 range. The gauge needs to be replaced, I didn’t measure the resistance when the tank was empty and with the tank all but full it is 42 Ohms.
