      I have 2 MEP002a both are getting fuel to injection pump but not out to injectors.

      Bad pump or bad pump installation. Assuming fuel gets to pump, have you cracked the lines just after the pump and before injectors (to rule out clogged/bad/seized injectors). If so, your pump most likely needs to be rebuilt. We sell all the parts to rebuild or can rebuild yours for you. All this assumes that the pump is installed correctly and is actuated by the gear.
