Original Fuel Filters

Are they both the same (except screener)? One doesn’t seem to be correct as it doesn’t look like the mating surfaces will meet when assembling. The primary one does, secondary does not.
If they are different, what are the part numbers for each?

If you are looking for MEP002A and MEP003A fuel filters (the original type), the first two are filter elements but the last one is a very hard to find water separator. Here is the part for the first two MEP002A (or MEP003A) fuel filters.
