    MEP 803A Will not start.
    I have had the unit for years, and it started and ran perfectly two weeks ago.
    When I switch to Prime or Run, nothing happens. No pumps, no gauges. Test lights flicker very lightly when I’m in the Run position and press the Test button.
    I have 24 volts at the batteries with clean connectors.
    It will crank correctly with the dead-start switch. Full fuel. The emergency shut-off switch is out.

    I suspect 24v connection/contact problem.
