Hello,

I have an 803A that is not making power normally. If I start the machine, then turn the switch to the start position to activate the power, the engine lugs like the output is at max load (possibly a dead short somehow???). At no point do I have any indication of power output on the panel. I quickly shut the machine down, so as not to cause damage. I have read the TM in the troubleshooting section, but I am not clear which condition / solution fits my situation best. Perhaps somebody can give me some direction based on my description of the is happening.
