MEP002A-MEP003A Fuel Pump Filter And Gasket FEP42370, NSN 2910-00-893-6402 and 5330-00-763-9322, Onan 149-1445 and 149-1446

This fuel filter and gasket kit replaces worn and contaminated filters and gaskets inside the 24v Fuel Pumps found on MEP002A and MEP003A units. Note that these pumps can be renewed with a little work. They must be disassembled and cleaned thoroughly. You may think your pump is dead, but it may simply be seized with crud and rust. Each of these generators can take up to 3 of these kits (one for each pump). Please attempt to manually clean your filter before ordering new ones.  If there are tears or defects, you must replace. These serve as crude filters before the formal fuel filtration system. This kit consists of one Facet 479729 filter and one Facet 479136 gasket.  The screen/filter will filter down to 74 microns.
