MEP531A-MEP501A Fuel Filter Assembly Yanmar 114789-55500, NSN 2910-01-488-7002

This is a new aftermarket complete fuel strainer/filter assembly for the MEP531A and MEP501A diesel generators. It is compatible with Yanmar. Includes:  bowl, filter, valve, and bowl retaining nut. Note that the bleeder screws are sometimes shipped unattached. Be sure that you bleed the filter valve and then tighten the bleeder screws. Make sure NOT to over-tighten the bleeder screws or the fuel bowl retaining nut. Hand tighten and then use a gentle 1/4 turn for both. Features:
